Innovate! Awarded Salesforce Silver Partnership Level

Innovate! is proud to announce our achievement of the Salesforce Silver Consulting Partnership level.  Since 2008, Innovate! has been developing and implementing Salesforce solutions for federal and private customers. Innovate! performs consultation services and supports Salesforce license implementation, governance, integration, training, and application development using the Force.com platform in both Classic and Lightening instances.

Salesforce evaluates companies based on factors that include the specialization of resources, Salesforce certifications, customer feedback on implementations performed, and much more. The Silver designation reflects the strength of the Innovate! and Salesforce partnership. It acknowledges Innovate!’s consistent track record of excellent delivery and customer service. “This designation gives our customers a high degree of confidence that they have a team of experts building their systems. We have an objective measure that shows we are an elite Salesforce implementation partner,” notes Innovate! COO Phill Thomas.

As a Silver Consulting Partner, Innovate! has demonstrated expertise and commitment to providing exceptional Salesforce services for its clients. The Innovate! Salesforce practice has grown to a team of over 12 Salesforce certified experts and has helped organizations achieve success on the Salesforce platform. “We are truly grateful for our team’s hard work in obtaining this achievement and are investing heavily in this partnership,” Innovate! Phill Thomas concluded.

Innovate! is the premier Salesforce implementation partner and #1 by sales volume for the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Innovate! has played key roles in the success of many critical and high-profile Salesforce initiatives such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Safer Choice Program and Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR). During implementations, Innovate! wrote the Salesforce FedRAMP security plan that led to an EPA Authority to Operate (ATO) within the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). This ATO was extended via Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to other EPA offices.
